Tristen 11 months and Growing

We had so much fun taking these pictures he is just getting so big although he is still not walking, but it is so funny to see him try. He drags a leg behind him and it looks like he is limping. he walks all along the furniture and pushes any and everything that he is strong enough to push. but just will not take a step without holding something.

We go to my friend Brandi's house all the time and always have so much fun there and this last time we were then for Easter dinner and Brandi got this cute picture of Tristen we just love him and have so much fun with him!

Update

Well things have been so crazy around the Southworth house. My sisters came to visit from Canada and Germany and it was so nice to see them. We had a great Easter weekend in Portland, Tristen even got to spend Easter with Baylee(his future girlfriend) it was so cute Baylee kisses tristen and try's to hold his hand all the time and he just smiles and loves it.

Tristen is 11 months old this next Saturday and I am starting to plan a birthday party for him. I can not believe my little man will be a year already. It makes me so sad that my baby is growing up.

Michael is working hard and the busy season is starting so he is getting busier by the day, and his school is going really good.

I have just been working and working it is really nice to be busy. I am planning on going to Utah with are wards youth this June and I get to go to girls camp in July. I just love the girls and can not wait to have fun with them this summer.

We are also going on a cruise this September and I am so excited. I have set a goal for myself to loose some weight by then and that just gives me the right push to get it done(I want to look good again in a suit).

Well I think that sums it up for what is new with us right now we love and everyone. sorry I did not post pictures I will get some up soon I just thought I would give an update on what we are doing.

9 months wow!

Tristen is 9 months already I cant believe how the time has gone by so fast. he is such a fun little boy and always so happy. I just love it when I walk in the door and he has such a big smile on his face I could not have asked for a better child.

tristen is getting so big he is now trying to walk but is still a little scared so he walks around everywhere like this it is just so funny he looks like a monkey!

House now!!!

as you can see it has been well worth the work the house is great I LOVE IT!! although there are still many things that I would like to do and that will come in time it is a great place to live and it is mine! we repainted, put in new carpet, and cleaned and more cleaned. but it is so great!

well this is what we had to work with when we first walked into this house. the walls in the kitchen and living room were bright Orange, and the dinning room was that bright yellow not really what I would want for colors in my home. the carpet as you can see is very dirty in fact you can see exactly where their furniture was cause that is still white. it has been long and lots of work but but thanks to the help of friends and family our house is nice now and very livable.

New Years Murder Mystery Party!

One of our friends had a murder mystery party to bring in the new year, it was so much fun everyone was assigned a part and we all dressed up in costumes and just played the game it was a lot like clue but in real life!

Tristen is 7 months old!

Man how the time goes by so fast. Christmas was great Tristen got lots of great toys and he loves them all! Tristen is now 7 months old and doing so many fun things!

*He is crawling now and getting into everything!
*He is now eating more table food (he is starting to refuse baby food the doctor said that is normal she said it is normal when they are a little older but Tristen is so big that she expected it a little early with him and that is it fine to start him on regular food) it is real fun to see some of the faces he makes with the different textures of the food. he is always so much fun.
*we have started him on some basic sign language we really want him to learn like his cousins and because I hear it makes the terrible 2s that much better.

Tristen is just so much fun we feel so blessed to have him in our lives.

Tristen found a pen when I was not looking and thought it was a cool toy and when I looked this is what he looked like. Man now that he moves you can not take your eyes off him for a min. But I sure love him!

Christmas fun.

We had a great Christmas this year! We did lots of fun things, even Tristen wanted to participate in all the activities. It was so much fun having him and watching as he get excited for all the fun things.

Tristen is 6 months

*Tristen is 6 months old already can you believe it? here are some things he can do.
*Eat and eat some more.. he loves french fries and ice cream!!
*he can crawl back and sideways really well and is leaning to crawl to the front he is just a little rocky still.
*he gets to ride in a big boy car seat cause he is to big for the one you carry around now( I will update you all on how tall he is and how much he weighs on friday that when he goes to the doc)
*He love to watch dinosaur train every morning while I get some chores done.(I think it is the best it keeps him entertained and he has learned to make some of the dinosaur sounds.
